Questions about pricing
Is Sidekick a subscription?
Premium is: $0.99 a month or $8.99 a year, and you can cancel at any time: in your App Store settings, or on your account page if you bought it on the web. The free plan stays free with no time limit, and the Founder Edition is a single payment for Premium for life.
Is the free plan a trial?
No. The free plan has no time limit. It covers one Google account with your main stack and one more, with sorting, folding, steps, due dates and every keyboard shortcut.
What does Premium include?
Every Google account you use, as many stacks as you like on every screen, hiding during calls and screen sharing, steps as their own cards, and your own colours and checkbox shapes. It also includes Sidekick for AI with no free-plan limits.
What's different about the Founder Edition?
It's Premium for life, Sidekick for AI included, for one payment of $24.99 and nothing to renew. It's offered only to Sidekick's first users and is removed from sale once that limit is reached.
Can my family use it?
Yes, if you buy in the App Store. Premium and the Founder Edition both support Family Sharing there, so everyone in your Apple family can use them on their own Macs. A purchase on the web is for one Sidekick account.
How do I get a refund?
For a purchase in the App Store, request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple ID you used. For a purchase on the web, write to support@heysidekick.app.
Why are prices shown in US dollars?
They're the US prices. The App Store shows the price in your own currency, set by Apple for your country, and the checkout on the web shows what you'll pay before you buy.
