Plans and limits
Sidekick for AI is free to use: reading, adding, editing, completing and moving tasks have no daily count. The free plan limits deleting (10 single deletes and 1 bulk delete of up to 50 tasks a day), lists (2) and accounts (1). Premium and the Founder Edition lift them: no daily delete counts, every list and up to 3 Google accounts.
Sidekick for AI is coming soon, with Sidekick for Mac. These pages describe how it works at launch.

How the limits work
- Daily counts reset at midnight UTC.
- Previews are always free. If a delete is over your plan’s limit, the preview tells you before you approve anything.
- The two lists on the free plan are My Tasks and one more: the first other list your AI app uses or creates, unless you pick one on your account page. Your other lists still appear by name, so the AI can tell you what’s there.
- Fair use. Everyday use has no count, but a fair-use limit stops runaway use, such as an app stuck in a loop. When it’s reached, the AI tells you, and it resets at midnight UTC.
- Busy times. At very busy times, free use can pause until midnight Pacific time, when Google’s daily limit resets; Premium keeps working. At the very busiest, only changes you ask for go through, on every plan, until then.
When you reach a limit, your AI app tells you in plain words, and nothing is lost.
